Pages Overview
The Pages dashboard is your central command center for managing all articles generated across your iContentForge projects. This unified view allows you to monitor progress, filter content by various criteria, and perform bulk operations efficiently, saving you significant time when managing content at scale.
You can access the Pages dashboard by clicking "Pages" in the main navigation menu of your iContentForge dashboard.

Page List & Key Fields
The main table displays all articles from all your projects. Each row represents a single article (page) and includes the following key information:

| Title | The generated title of the article. Click to view the article detail page. |
| Keyword | The primary target keyword the article was generated for. |
| Project | The project the article belongs to. Use this to filter content by specific initiatives. |
| Words | The approximate word count of the generated article. |
| Status | The current publishing status of the article (see Status Definitions). |
| Updated | The timestamp of the last action or update performed on the article. |
Filtering and Searching
Above the table, you will find filter controls to narrow down the list and find specific articles quickly.
- Status Filter: A set of toggle buttons (
All,Draft,Ready,Published, etc.) to show only articles in a specific workflow state. - Project Filter: A dropdown menu to view articles from a single project or "All Projects."
- Search Bar: Search for articles by their Title or Target Keyword.
Combine filters for precise control. For example, filter by the "Ready" status and a specific project to see all articles queued for publishing in that campaign.
Status Definitions
Understanding article statuses is crucial for managing your content pipeline.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | The article has been generated but is not yet scheduled for publishing. |
| Scheduled | The article has a specific future date/time set for publishing via the drip feed. |
| Queued | The article is in line, waiting for the next available slot in the drip feed (publishes approximately every 5 minutes). |
| Generating | The AI is currently writing the article content. |
| Ready | The article is fully generated and will be published according to the project's drip feed schedule. |
| Published | The article has been successfully pushed to your connected CMS. |
| Error | There was a problem during generation or publishing. Check the article details for error messages. |
Bulk Actions
The Pages dashboard supports powerful batch operations to manage multiple articles at once.
- Select Articles: Use the checkbox in the table header to select all visible articles, or check individual rows.
- Choose Action: With articles selected, a toolbar appears at the bottom of the screen with available actions:
- Change Status: Move all selected articles to a new status (e.g., from
DrafttoReady). - Delete Pages: Permanently remove the selected articles from iContentForge. This action does not delete articles already published to your CMS.
- Assign to Project: Move selected articles to a different project.
- Change Status: Move all selected articles to a new status (e.g., from
Bulk status changes are immediate. Moving articles from Draft to Ready will cause them to enter the publishing queue for their assigned project based on its drip feed settings.
