1. Acceptable Use

By using ContentForge Pro, you agree to not use the generated content for illegal activities, spam phishing, or malicious botnets. Automated generation via our dashboard is restricted to websites and publishing destinations you control or are authorized to manage.

2. Search Engine Risks

The programmatic content service is provided "AS IS". We are not responsible for search engine algorithm changes, indexing behavior, or traffic outcomes. SEO involves inherent risk, and low-quality or misleading content can underperform or be removed from search surfaces.

3. Billing and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly basis. New subscriptions and plan changes are initiated from the dashboard billing page, while payment methods, invoices, and cancellations remain available through the Stripe billing portal. Refund requests are handled through support.

4. Operational Scope

Public pricing, features, and documentation should be read as descriptions of the currently implemented workflow in this codebase. Optional integrations such as Stripe, Brevo, and publishing providers depend on valid credentials and external service availability.
