Usage Quota & Limits
iContentForge applies plan limits at the workspace level. Monthly article quotas, project caps, CMS connector caps, and DataForSEO credits are all tied to your current effective plan.
Current Quota by Plan
| Plan | AI articles / month | Projects | CMS connectors | DataForSEO credits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 5 | 1 | 0 | 1 preview |
| Starter | 50 | 3 | 1 | 10 / month |
| Pro | 160 | 10 | 5 | 40 / month, rollover up to 20 |
| Agency | 360 | 100 | 50 | 120 / month, rollover up to 60 |
Article quota is pooled across the whole workspace. Generating content in one project uses the same monthly quota pool as every other project in that workspace.
What Consumes Quota
- Each successfully generated article counts toward your monthly article limit.
- DataForSEO-backed discovery and validation consume DataForSEO credits on paid plans.
- Manual edits, publishing, and CMS retries do not consume article quota.
What Happens When You Reach a Limit
Article Quota Reached
New generation requests are blocked until the next billing cycle or until the workspace moves onto a higher plan.
Project Limit Reached
You cannot create another project until you archive/delete one or upgrade the workspace.
CMS Connector Limit Reached
You cannot add more publish targets until you free a slot or upgrade the workspace.
DataForSEO Credits Exhausted
DataForSEO-backed discovery falls back to non-credit workflows where available, or prompts you to upgrade for more verified data capacity.
Quota Reset Cycle
Paid quotas refresh on the Stripe billing cycle date for the workspace. Free usage follows the same monthly reset concept without a Stripe subscription.
Monitoring Usage
You can review current plan status, article usage, connector counts, and billing state from Settings → Billing and Settings inside the dashboard.
